Position Type: Part-Time, In-Office (Maximum 16 Hours/Week)
Schedule: Flexible hours within Monday – FridayAbout the Position:
We are seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to join our team! This is an entry-level position that will primarily focus on basic accounting functions along with administrative support tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and looking for a long-term but Part-Time opportunity in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and reconciliations.
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, making phone calls, and handling miscellaneous office tasks.
- Support the team with documentation and report preparation.
- Utilize QuickBooks, Sage 300, and Excel to manage financial records.
- Assist with construction-related accounting processes (construction knowledge a plus).
- Work within Procore software (preferred but not required).
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (entry-level role).
- Experience with QuickBooks and Excel required.
- Sage 300, and Procore preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with construction industry accounting is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and looking for a long-term part-time position.
