    Job Description: The O,R&L Intern will work closely with our team, gaining exposure to diverse disciplines within the company. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, the intern will assist in project management, site management, estimating, engineering, accounting, and business development activities. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to real-world projects while developing essential skills in the construction industry.

    Responsibilities:
    1.    Project Management:

    • Support Project Manager in various project management functions.

    • Assist in subcontractor bidding, bid development, and bid analysis.

    • Conduct site walk-throughs and assist in other project-related tasks as needed.

    2.    Site Management:

    • Aid Site Superintendent in site activities as required.

    3.    Estimating/Engineering:

    • Assist Chief Estimator in preparing competitive bids and proposals.

    • Manage site walk-throughs and assist in all aspects of bidding.

    • Maintain drawing retention and document reproduction systems.

    • Prepare bid packages as needed.

    4.    Accounting:

    • Collaborate with the Controller in construction accounting tasks as appropriate.

    5.    Business Development:

    • Support the Director of Business Development in various initiatives.

    • Utilize Autocad to assist in developing plans and designs.

    Qualifications:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.).

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the company's success.
