O,R&L Construction completed an extensive rehabilitation to 1290 Silas Deane Highway in Wethersfield, CT. The tenant fit-out for Northern Telecommunications (Nortel) was a 30,000 SF renovation, which included their new data center. Features of the data center renovation included raised flooring, climate control, fire suppression system and lighting. This project involved extensive data installation and coordination. Also included in this rehab was extensive exterior facade work, interior electrical and mechanical upgrades, installation of a new curtain wall system and extensive interior structural changes.
