New construction of a 140,000 sq ft state-of-the-art, distribution and call center. The new conventional steel structure facility provides distribution solutions to leading consumer goods manufacturers. Interior features included high-tech climate controlled data center with back-up generation, five conference and media rooms, two employee lounges and cafeterias and an employee gym. High end finishes were used throughout the interior. An additional project included the fitout of unoccupied interior space into a recreational game room for employees. Two years later the design and construction of a green roof with a rooftop patio covering 5,000 sq ft was completed.
