O,R&L Construction is currently serving as the Construction Manager for Friends Center for Children. This 12,500 sq ft renovation project will enhance functionality of a space created to enhance the care and education of young children in a nurturing and engaging environment. The unique design calls for incorporating one of the property’s former movie theaters into what will now be a creative area to be used for educational purposes. Other notable features include a spacious storage room, six classrooms, and a designated office space for staff. Completion is targeted for November 2024.
