O,R&L Construction served as the Construction Manager for the Lender Hall Refectory Addition. The addition will expand the dining space and include a reception area for special events and functions. The addition is designed to accommodate a future 2nd level to classrooms for the sciences. In addition, this project also includes exterior walkways and overall site improvements to the Swain Library courtyard. A future Phase 2 will involve renovations to the kitchen facilities.
