O,R&L Construction is serving as Construction Manager for Central Connecticut State University’s dining area, the Devil’s Den, in New Britain, CT. The project was completed in two phases with Phase One focused on upgrading data and power infrastructure for new monitors and replacing existing equipment to improve operational efficiency and enhance the student dining experience. Phase Two work included framing and drywall, flooring, millwork, ceiling infills, painting, and equipment installation. Phase One was completed in August 2025, with Phase Two completed in August 2026.
