O,R&L Construction is currently serving as the General Contractor for Sodexo at Central Connecticut State University in New Britain, CT. This project encompassed renovations to two campus dining areas—the Food Hive and the Devil’s Den. The scope of work at the Food Hive included demolition, new flooring and ceilings, updated finishes, and the replacement of select millwork and food service equipment to create a refreshed and functional space. At the Devil’s Den, work focused on upgrading data and power for new monitors and replacing existing equipment to improve operational efficiency and enhance the student dining experience.
