O,R&L Construction has completed several renovations at Saint Mary's Hospital. The most recent projects are listed:
A 9,400 SF Construction Management project consisting of pre-construction coordination and budgeting, preliminary demolition/MEP investigation, remediation coordination and phased scheduling for a renovation to the existing first floor of Saint Mary’s Sacred Heart wing. Renovations included HVAC and electrical upgrades, raised ceilings, reglazing and finishes. The new patient access/same-day testing space consists of reception, waiting/admitting, nurses station, blood draw/lab, radiology, exam rooms, administration, and staff lounge.
A multi-phased construction renovation requiring extensive work during the hospital’s operating hours. The emergency department, which is open twenty-four hours, seven days a week, required over 21,000 SF of interior renovation. O,R&L worked carefully to improve aesthetics and functionality for Saint Mary’s waiting, reception, trauma, behavioral, and triage areas. Construction also included new heating and ventilation, electric, and medical upgrades.
