A two-phase renovation project for William W. Backus Hospital in Norwich. Phase I included the renovation of the 10 bed, EI Patient Wing and adjacent Recovery Room. Phase II of the program renovated the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, 6,500 square feet, which included cosmetic upgrades and plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems upgrades. O,R&L Construction successfully met the fast track schedule requirements and budget for the hospital.
