O,R&L Construction is serving as the General Contractor for Connecticut Orthopaedics on the construction of two new single-story storage additions at their Branford, CT facility. The project will add approximately 1,525 square feet of storage space through two additions, totaling 200 and 1,325 square feet. In addition to the storage additions, the phased project includes an expansion of the surgical suite, increasing the facility’s operating rooms from four to five, as well as several interior renovations. The work includes coordinating new electrical service and shutdowns while carefully managing construction activities to minimize disruption to the facility’s ongoing operations.
