O,R&L Construction completed the development and construction of a new multi-tenant medical building. This 19,000 Sq. Ft. design-build project included extensive pre-construction services, consultant coordination, site development, State and Town approvals, efficient scheduling, bidding, and subcontractor management. This project incorporated many green building initiatives including construction waste recycling, high-performance materials, energy-efficient lighting, and mechanical equipment. This building was completed on time and on budget.
