O,R&L served as Construction Manager for the Arts and Leisure Center at Elim Park. This project seamlessly integrated renovation and construction, featuring a renovated space alongside two new additions—a tranquil chapel and a Summer Shack outdoor restaurant with a serving window. The project focused on creating meticulously designed spaces to enrich residents’ lives with engaging activities. Highlights include the contemporary studio, Art Works, offering dedicated areas for artistry and pottery, and the Club House featuring a “Caddy Shack” golf simulator.
