A design-build project for renovations to an existing life care community. Pre-construction services included consultant coordination, code review, permitting, and budget reviews. Design-build services included renovations to the interior pool space, locker and fitness rooms, and main staircase lobby. The project also included new HVAC for fitness and locker room areas, new mill work and interior finish upgrades.
