Construction of a new addition and renovations to the existing building on Dixwell Avenue. Hannah Gray Home is a residential care facility providing affordable housing, supervised care, and supportive services to elderly individuals in the New Haven area. The building is situated on a challenging urban location with site management issues such as pedestrian safety, vehicular traffic, proper debris removal, material storage, and other phased operational issues that were addressed in the early stages of this project.
