Renovations and addition to the Seacrest Retirement Center, a senior living facility specializing in assisted care for memory-impaired individuals. Included in the scope of work was a 12,000 Sq. Ft. addition, construction of a bridge connection and renovations to the existing facility. During the construction process, Seacrest was fully operational. Extreme life safety measures were taken by O,R&L to protect the 30 patients that resided in the facility, including patients affected with Alzheimers.
