O,R&L Construction has completed several projects for Ulbrich at their Wallingford facility location.
A design build project of a new 17,000 SF pre-engineered manufacturing storage building. This project was developed in response to the structural collapse of the existing building. The new building consists of a metal pre-engineered frame, insulated metal panels, standing seam metal roof, loading docks and overhead door access. The sustainable initiatives on this project include construction waste management, concrete recycling, reuse of existing site pad, and the facility was built on a remediated brownfield site.
