Phase I renovations – specialized mechanical components included high-tech HVAC systems for use in a laboratory environment as well as individual neutralization tanks, autoclaves, centrifuges, and nitrogen tanks. Phase II - an additional 10,000 sq ft was turned over to CGI to accommodate their rapid growth in novel gene research. Because CGI’s integrated proprietary technologies are designed to identify targets via the implementation of proprietary, high throughput drug screens, their technologies required infrastructure including specialized mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
