O,R&L Construction recently completed a project for GSK and ViiV Healthcare located in Branford, CT. The newly renovated, state-of-the-art laboratory boasts 21,566 sf and involved renovating an existing lab space and the construction of eleven meeting room areas, two concept office areas with a state-of-the-art video conferencing area for world-wide collaboration with partners. The chemistry and biological labs were constructed with very specialized HVAC parameters. The $3.9 million lab space will serve as GSK & ViiV Healthcare's dedicated facility to finding new ways to limit the impact of HIV.
