O,R&L Construction is the Construction Manager for Health Trust of America (HTA). This is a renovation of an existing wellness facility, at 8 Devine Street in North Haven, CT into clinical space for Yale New Haven Hospital, Lab space for Idexx, and Physical Therapy space for Gaylord Hospital. The work includes filling in existing pools, upgrading the MEP systems, core & shell reconfiguration, and finishes to the building entry.
