A 36,000 sq ft retail building located at the entrance to Branford Center has been renovated and expanded into new, attractive and energy efficient multiple tenant spaces. This design build project incorporated the coordination of design consultants, state and local permitting and extensive site rehabilitation. The core building has been renovated and expanded to include a newly designed high-end facade improving the street presence. Interior fit-outs include Coastal Wine’s new location. The project’s sustainable building initiatives include on site construction waste management, high efficiency HVAC equipment, high performance glazing and upgraded insulations.
