Construction Manager for a Cogeneration project. The alternate energy project was for a North Haven Corporation’s five megawatt cogeneration plant, which provides supplemental energy to the existing manufacturing facility. This was a two phase project, the first included a three megawatt cogeneration facility for the PDBMF building and the second phase included the renovation and construction of a two megawatt facility for the Main building. Cogeneration can significantly reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions.
