Construction of an outdoor facility for testing and conditioning of FuelCell Energy’s 200KW direct fuel cell product line. Phase I of this project included permitting, engineering and the installation of eight concrete foundations with the required utility tie-ins. Phase II of the project constructed, tested and conditioned the 1.5 Megawatt (MW) fuel cell product line. Renovated an additional 35,000 sq ft for use as an indoor testing and processing facility for completed fuel cells.
