O,R&L Construction is currently working on a design/build project for InterCommunity - Coventry. Phase I includes selective demo, framing, ceilings, finishes, MEP roughing and adding lab space in preparation for Phase II, an addition. The new addition is designed to complement and respect the scale and architectural details of the existing core building. The expanded space of the current outpatient facility will improve the integration of caregivers and patients, essential to the operation and high level of support the Intercommunity Health staff provides to the community. The overall project will deliver a welcoming alternative to the institutional setting of most clinics that serve this client base. Substantial Completion is targeted for early September 2024.
