O,R&L Construction is currently serving as the Construction Manager for the renovation of 2nd floor of a 2 story building-approx. 9,000 SF to incorporate an intensive and intermediate program DPH involvement. Currently the 2 story, 20,000 SF bldg. serves as a short term transitional living facility for 65 people (male & female) with substance abuse and co-occurring disabilities.
