    Welcome John!

    O,R&L Construction Corporation, headquartered in Branford, CT, is pleased to announce the addition of John MacDougall as Project Superintendent. John is a highly skilled professional with 24 years of experience in the construction industry and broad knowledge of all phases of commercial construction and project management.  

    He will be responsible for overall project safety, site management, scheduling, as well as coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Understanding the importance of team collaboration, providing clear and continuous communication throughout the building process, are his top priorities.  John and his wife have been married for 27 years and have a daughter that is a pastry chef in Rye, NY.

    Welcome Rich!

    O,R&L Construction Corporation, headquartered in Branford, CT, is pleased to welcome back Rich Zacks as Assistant Project Superintendent.  Rich rejoins us with 35 years of experience in the construction industry and knowledge with subcontractor management, scheduling, carpentry, and knowledge of OSHA Safety regulations.

    Rich will be working in collaboration with our project management team and brings strong communication skills and commitment to excellence to our organization. Rich is an outdoor enthusiast with 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
