Legacy Theatre Groundbreaking Event

On Thursday, June 6, 2019 Legacy Theatre held their groundbreaking event which will begin the restoration of the historic Stony Creek Puppet House/ Stony Creek Theatre. This historic building was once the theatrical home for Orson Welles and his famed Mercury Players, after its turn as a silent picture house and before being a unique and cherished performance space for Italian Puppet Theater. Once completely restored, the state-of-the art, accessible performance center will provide seating for 127 individuals.
O,R&L Construction will serve as the construction manager and will work collaboratively with the consultants and design team consisting of: Leland Torrence Enterprises, LLC, Wyeth Architects LLC, Criscuolo Engineering LLC, GNCB Consulting Engineers, P.C., Gregg Wies & Gardner Architects, LLC & CES
